Warranty policy is gonna have your back in any case of defect in product after the purchase of the products . Our warranty policy is of 6 months (180 days ) and it will be provided for all eligible items purchased by buyers worldwide . 

Excluding  Accessories , other electronics devices are subject to six (6) months warranty starting from the product purchase date.

Repairs of any products will be carried out by our service center , In instance if any product is bought through a seller the warranty duration of the respective seller’s warranty will apply . 

To get the warranty services we require the original invoice to verify the serial number and validate the warranty duration .The warranty repair period is twenty-one (21) working days for the units covered under the warranty from the date of receiving the product from the customer until dispatched. All products are covered by the warranty, always check the product listing to know if it includes warranty benefits. Repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty does not provide the right to extension or renewal of the warranty period. Warranty terms are in accordance with your device manufacturer. If your item can't be repaired but is still under the manufacturer's warranty, we will issue a replacement or, if a replacement isn't available, you will be refunded with  85% after deducting 15% for restocking fee’s .To avail of warranty services if a defect occurs in your product within the valid warranty period, you can raise the request through your Celky account. Celky warranty team shall contact you within 24 hours for claim validation and troubleshooting followed by pictures of the product from all angles along with IMEI/Serial number. The customer shall ensure that the item is packed in its original box or wrapped safely to avoid any damage during transit. If the packaging is not done safely which leads to damage, Celky will not be responsible for the same and the claimed item will be returned to the customer without servicing.

Service Policy:


Data and information related to the customer on the device while sending for servicing , is the responsibility of the customer and not the company , we advise customers to make backups for their data, off find my phone (FMI) , Remove lock and passcode on the device. The time required to obtain the device's information and the consent of the customer is not included in the turnaround time (TAT) of the repair process provided by our company . Once the customer gives consent and the device is repaired , he/she gives us the consent to use your contact details in a specific way only for the repair service. The details provided by the customer are details that we will use and we assume that will be correct .

Warranty service will not be provided in the following cases: 

- Defect or damage is the result of the customer misuse and non-abidance by the instructions for use.

- Liquid spill on product.

- Product having un-authorized repairs

-  If the warranty seal is removed

Celky is not responsible for any damages that occur during the shipping to our warehouse. While returning please make sure the item is packed in its original box or wrapped safely. The customer must provide the respective accessories and product to the courier company during the pickup (it includes earphone, battery, charge carrier).
